Hi, Nice clear colour scheme,which you have used consistently. What does your house style say about the size of body text, because this looks a bit big too me. Can I suggest that as most of the days the opening and closing times are the same, you put Monday - Friday 9 - 7, and do the other days separately. You've got a lot to get into the newsletter, you should be being careful with your space.
i really like the logo because its like the american flag with a paw print instead of a the stars. you could put something about the reptiles in the zoo.
